Our Active Lifestyles Team run a FREE 12 week ‘Change your Weigh’ programme.

It is aimed at anyone who is looking to lose weight with a BMI between 30 – 34.9. Find out your BMI.

This bespoke weight management service provides access to nutritional and exercise advice, behaviour change support and further goal setting as required, including 1-1 sessions and Trim your Weigh drop-in and weigh sessions.

The programme is aimed at adults over 18 years of age, who live or have a GP in Salford and are referred by a health professional.
